Terms of Service

Effective date: July 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of BigBoard, an infrastructure monitoring service operated by M9000 Systems, LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Your use of the downloadable BigBoard agents and collectors is also governed by our End-User License Agreement.

The service

BigBoard collects, stores, and visualizes metrics and status information from infrastructure you choose to monitor, using agents and integrations you install. We provide the service on a hosted basis; you do not receive a copy of the software and no source-code or self-hosting rights are granted.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your signup details, for safeguarding your credentials and agent keys, and for all activity under your account. You must only connect infrastructure you own or are authorized to monitor.

Trials and tiers

Free tiers and promotional trials (including partner redemption codes) are provided as described at signup, may carry device or retention limits, and revert to the free tier when they expire. We may adjust tier limits with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service to monitor systems without authorization; (b) probe, disrupt, or overload the service or other customers; (c) submit content that is unlawful or that infringes others’ rights; (d) resell or white-label the service without a written agreement; or (e) attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or copy non-public parts of the service.

Your data

Metrics and configuration you send to BigBoard remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing, display, backups). Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features; for material reductions we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by missed or inaccurate alerts.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms with a new effective date and notify you before they take effect — for example by email to your account address or through an in-product notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using the service and close your account before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
